Worum geht es?

Framework Agreement for the supply / manufacturing / galvanization / painting / test assembly / delivery (without unloading) of Steel lattice towers, reinforcement parts and tower parts (Germany and Belgium) Restriktion: Not more than 4 (four) candidates from non-GPA countries and candidates from a country that does not have an EU free trade agreement will be selected to participate in the RFP. In case more than four candidates from non-GPA countries and from countries that does not have an EU free trade agreement rank within the 12 best candidates, only the four best ranking candidates will be permitted to participate in the RFP and the remaining spaces are filled with the next-best ranking candidates from GPA countries and from countries having an EU free trade agreement.
